Role Overview
Our partner is hiring a Full Stack Drupal Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience. You will work with technical delivery, product, and marketing teams to build engaging web experiences. Strong experience with Drupal 10 or above, PHP, JavaScript, and full stack development is required.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Drupal based websites and applications
- Work with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Drupal theming (Twig or TPL, LESS or SCSS)
- Deploy and manage sites on Pantheon, Azure, and AWS with DevOps support
- Run unit tests, fix bugs, and ensure performance and usability
- Convert text or graphics into responsive pages using Drupal CMS
- Support Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 migration projects
- Share progress updates with the Development Manager and collaborate with global teams
- Work with designers on wireframes and responsive templates
- Assist with CI or CD, automation, and release management
- Configure and optimize Solr 9 search
- Integrate third party APIs and services securely
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Acquia Triple Certified Drupal Expert or similar certification
- Strong experience with Drupal 7.x to 11.x
- Skills in Drupal or PHP, MySQL or MariaDB, JavaScript, UI design, and Drupal theming
- Experience with Linux CLI, SSH, Bash, Git, Terminus, AWS CLI, and Drush
- Understanding of SSL or HTTPS, DNS, and configuration management
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with integrations like Bazaarvoice, Shopify, Aprimo, and Salsify
- Background in custom module or core development
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of caching like browser caching, Redis, Varnish, and CDNs such as Cloudflare
- Familiarity with Docker or ddev and container tools
- Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions
- AWS exposure or certification
- Understanding of LDAP, AD, SAML, and OAuth for SSO
- Experience with GTM, Optimizely, and Shopify or eCommerce
- Comfort with npm, yarn, brew, and composer
- Familiarity with AI assisted tools like GitHub Copilot
