Role Overview

We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with strong Python backend expertise (Django and FastAPI) and hands-on exposure to agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, and MCP (Model Context Protocol). You'll work on production systems that combine traditional web application architecture with multi-agent LLM pipelines — building both the APIs/services and the interfaces that expose them.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using Django and FastAPI on the backend, with a modern JS/TS framework (React/Next.js) on the frontend

• Develop and integrate RESTful and async APIs powering agentic workflows and data pipelines

• Build and maintain LangGraph-based multi-agent orchestration flows and LangChain-based LLM

integrations

• Implement and consume MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers/tools to connect agents with internal and external systems

• Design database schemas and work with relational (PostgreSQL) and vector (pgvector) stores

• Collaborate with architecture and product teams to translate SOPs/business rules into agentic workflows

• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack

• Work closely with DevOps on deployment pipelines (Docker, CI/CD)

• Build and operate scalable, fault-tolerant background workflows using Temporal or Celery for long-running and asynchronous agent tasks

• Deploy, monitor, and scale production applications across AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure

• Contribute to technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system specs

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development

• Strong proficiency in Python, with production experience in both Django and FastAPI

• Solid frontend experience (React or similar) and REST/async API design• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain for building multi-agent or LLM-orchestrated systems

• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) — building or integrating MCP servers/tools

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORMs (Django ORM/SQLAlchemy)

• Familiarity with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, or similar) and RAG pipelines

• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments

• Proven experience with Temporal or Celery in a production, at-scale application — designing durable workflows, task queues, retries, and distributed job orchestration

• Working knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, managed databases, and deployment services)

• Must have hands-on experience with Neo4j or graph databases, with the ability to understand and work within existing graph-based architectures

• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: testing, version control (Git), CI/CD

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• Familiarity with observability tools for LLM/agentic pipelines (e.g., Langfuse)

• Exposure to healthcare data standards (EDI 837/835, FHIR, ICD-10/CPT) is a plus, not mandatory

• Experience with Redis, message queues, or event-driven architectures

• Prior startup or fast-paced product environment experience
