We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality applications, develop new product features, and continuously enhance existing platforms through Agile software development practices.

Key Responsibilities
Software Development
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and digital solutions.
- Build new product features and enhance existing applications based on business and user requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into secure, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to deployment and production support.
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Build reusable UI components and optimise application performance and usability.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Ensure applications comply with modern web development and accessibility best practices.
Backend Development
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and application business logic.
- Design and implement secure authentication, authorisation, and role-based access control mechanisms.
- Integrate applications with databases, enterprise platforms, and third-party systems.
- Ensure backend services are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable.
Database & Business Process Solutions
- Design and develop application data models and workflows.
- Build features that support business process automation, reporting, task management, and operational visibility.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and auditability across application components.
- Optimise database performance through efficient schema design and query optimisation.
Quality, DevOps & Security
- Implement automated testing, code quality standards, and secure coding practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, application monitoring, and operational troubleshooting.
- Continuously improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with product owners, designers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, and retrospectives.
- Gather user feedback and contribute to iterative product improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experience, streamline business processes, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering, Software Development, or Application Development.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade web applications and digital products.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Technical Skills
Frontend
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Good understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, and frontend performance optimisation.
Backend
- Experience developing backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or Go.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented or microservices architectures.
- Experience implementing authentication, authorisation, and application security best practices.
Database
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Good understanding of database design, data modelling, indexing, and query optimisation.
Cloud & DevOps
- Familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerisation technologies is advantageous.
- Understanding of application monitoring, logging, and production support practices.
