Full Stack Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, India (Remote)

Compensation: ₹25–35 LPA (Based on Experience)

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of key platform features across the entire technology stack. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable building intuitive user interfaces, designing scalable backend services, and architecting efficient database solutions.

You will work directly with the Founder and have significant influence over the platform's technical direction.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop secure REST APIs and backend services using Node.js and NestJS (or Express).
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Integrate third-party services such as Stripe, authentication providers, email platforms, AI services, and messaging APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Review application performance and implement improvements for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and recommend technical improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Assist with cloud deployments, monitoring, and production support using AWS.

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js (NestJS or Express preferred).
• Experience designing and maintaining PostgreSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system architecture.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, or Lambda.
• Familiarity with Docker, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience building SaaS products.
• Knowledge of Prisma ORM.
• Experience implementing authentication and role-based access control.
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI or similar).
• Experience with payment integrations such as Stripe.
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or B2B marketplaces is a plus.
