Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to serve as a Technical Interview Panel Expert, responsible for assessing candidates across both frontend and backend technologies.
This expert will evaluate web architecture, coding standards, UI/UX fundamentals, and integration of APIs for scalable full-stack applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical interviews for frontend, backend, and full stack developer candidates.
- Evaluate candidates on React/Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD.
- Review code quality, UI responsiveness, and system architecture design capabilities.
- Collaborate with HR and engineering teams to define interview structure and technical assessments.
- Contribute to full-stack technical evaluation templates and skill matrices.
Technical Expertise:
- Frontend: React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- DevOps: Docker, Git, AWS, CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, API design, and system scalability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 20+ years in full-stack development and team leadership.
- Prior experience as a technical interviewer/evaluator for developer roles.
