3. Paid 3-month trial starts right away. Constant pipeline of real, live projects — always something that matters.
4. Every project is scored on requirements, code quality, architecture, testing, and security — full written feedback so you always know where you stand.

Core requirements:

• Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django) — APIs, automation, server-side business logic
• React + TypeScript — translating Figma mockups into pixel-perfect UIs
• MongoDB — data modeling and optimization
• AWS, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code
• Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
• 1+ year professional full-stack experience
