Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating seamless and efficient web applications. As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our loyalty platform, ensuring its optimal performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using the latest technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle, from planning and designing to implementation and testing.
• Develop both the front-end and back-end components of the application to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Write efficient and clean code using languages like Postgresql, Node JS, React JS, Next JS, Express JS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their integration with web applications
• Implement responsive design principles and ensure compatibility across multiple devices and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth performance and minimal downtime.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to deliver bug-free and user-friendly applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and suggest improvements for existing projects.
• Collaborate with the team on code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards.
• Work independently and with minimal supervision, taking complete ownership of assigned projects.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and implement best practices.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full stack development (PERN)
• Proficiency in Postgres and MySql, Node JS, React JS, Next JS, Express JS, and Javascript
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
