Full Stack Developer

About the role

We're hiring a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to build and enhance our web-based Project Monitoring platformend-to-end. You'll own features across frontend and backend, translate business needs into clean code, and ship secure, scalable modules.

What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and deploy web application features (frontend & backend).

Build RESTful APIs, integrations, and database schemas.

Convert UI/UX wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces.

Write clean, maintainable code, automate tests, and participate in code reviews.

Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize for scale/security.

Collaborate with product/PMs to deliver iterative releases.

Tech stack we value

Languages: Python and Java (strong in at least one; comfortable with both).

Frameworks: Django/FastAPI/Flask (Python); Spring Boot/Quarkus (Java).

Frontend: Modern JS (ES6+), React/Angular/Vue, HTML5, CSS3.

Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL; basic familiarity with Redis/MongoDB a plus.

Tools: VS Code, Git, CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket), Docker.

Hosting: Linux, basic cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) deployment know-how.

What you bring

34 years of full-stack product development experience.

Proven experience building and shipping production web apps.

Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and API design.

Experience with unit/integration testing and code review practices.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.

Nice to have: microservices, message queues, role-based access control, dashboards/analytics, basic DevOps
