Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development:
  • Develop responsive web interfaces using React.js/Next.js
  • Build mobile applications using React Native
  • Implement UI/UX designs with modern CSS frameworks
  • Create interactive dashboards for students, teachers, and admins
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Backend Development:
  • Develop RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js/Express
  • Design and implement database schemas (MongoDB/PostgreSQL)
  • Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, UPI)
  • Implement authentication and authorization systems
  • Set up live streaming integration (WebRTC, Zoom API)
Feature Implementation:
  • Build test engine with MCQ functionality and timer-based exams
  • Implement live class features with chat and recording
  • Develop admin panels for content and user management
  • Create progress tracking and analytics systems
  • Integrate push notifications and email alerts
Collaboration & Quality:
  • Work with UI/UX designers to implement designs
  • Collaborate with project managers and other developers
  • Write clean, maintainable, and documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and testing processes
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
Technical RequirementsMust-Have Skills:
  • Frontend: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Backend: Node.js, Express.js
  • Database: MongoDB/Mongoose, Redis
  • Mobile: React Native (iOS & Android)
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
  • APIs: REST API development and integration
Good to Have:
  • Live streaming technologies (WebRTC, Socket.io)
  • Payment gateway integration experience
  • AWS/Azure cloud services
  • Docker and containerization
  • Test-driven development (Jest, Mocha)
  • SEO optimization techniques
Domain Knowledge:
  • Experience with LMS or e-learning platforms
  • Understanding of real-time features
  • Knowledge of security best practices
  • Mobile app development experience
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:
  • 2+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Portfolio of completed web and mobile projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred:
  • Experience with ed-tech or e-learning projects
  • Knowledge of video streaming technologies
  • Understanding of scalable architecture
  • Previous remote work experience
