• Collaborate with technical analysts and Scrum Masters to define solutions, estimate stories, and ensure backlog accuracy.
• Participate in testing, from defining test cases to execution.
• Support e-Operations to manage and resolve incidents promptly.
• Suggest improvements and pragmatic solutions to technical challenges.
• Work effectively with external partners and cross-functional teams.
