EVSahayak is an early-stage startup on a mission to make electric vehicle servicing accessible, reliable, and intelligent - especially for underserved regions across India. We're currently in the MVP phase and building a cloud-native application to support both B2C and B2B workflows in the EV ecosystem.

Role Overview
We're seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with experience in developing cloud-based applications (preferably on Azure) utilizing Python on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (React ispreferred) on the frontend.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end product development - from designing and writing clean, scalable code to deploying and testing the application.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features from frontend to backend
- Design and build RESTful APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
- Work with the Front-end Website with the design and technical team.
- Integrate cloud services for storage, compute and monitoring (Azure preferred)
- Work with databases - both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Write clean, well-documented and testable code
- Collaborate with the founder and design team for fast iterations and feedback
- Help in scaling the application based on MVP learnings.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
- Hands-on experience with Azure, or strong experience with AWS/GCP, and willingness to switch
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or any modern frontend framework
- Familiarity with cloud-native app development, DevOps, and Git
- Ability to build REST APIs, webhooks, and data flows
- Self-driven, highly accountable, and capable of remote collaboration
- Bonus: Experience with IoT integrations or fleet management systems
