Job Description

  • The position is for an Associate to support the HRIS function and work within the Workday Service Delivery Team. The person will have working experience in the administration and configuration of WORKDAY and will primarily be focussing on the service side for the Workday Human Capital Management system.
  • This role will support all Workday modules enabled within FIL (e.g., Core HR, Absence management, Recruitment, Performance management, Time Tracking, Security Administration and Benefits/Compensation modules), depending on requests and skills. The candidate should ideally have 2-4 years of overall experience out of which 2 years of experience are in a Workday Functional Support and/or Workday Change Support role.
  • This demanding role would perfectly suit a dynamic individual looking to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the smooth running of business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create & maintain schedule processes/alerts/notifications
  • Create maintain supervisory / cost centres/ Fx rates etc.
  • Work closely with HR teams to ensure data integrity
  • Edit/Create condition rules
  • Analyse business processes
  • Support technical and functional implementation of HR processes by using Workday
  • Maintain and enhance existing configurations in Workday
  • Help team with Workday support queries from different business regions
  • Take part in new initiatives and aid implementation of proposed enhancements to existing systems
  • Ensure communication to the respective teams and HR areas and provide regular updates
  • Work with the strategic stream for HR Systems revamp and participate actively
  • Work in close liaison with the UK, CE, India & Asia Pac based HR Systems and Operations Team using the standard operating procedures and governance model
Experience and Qualifications Required
  • Minimum years of related experience: 2 Years
  • Preferred years of related experience: 2-4 Years
  • Create maintain supervisory / cost centres/ Fx rates etc.
  • Edit/Create condition rules/Alerts and Analyse business processes
  • Support technical and functional implementation of HR processes by using Workday
  • Maintain and enhance existing configurations in Workday
  • Help team with Workday support queries from different business regions
  • Experience of Mass Data load using EIB Inbound
  • Experience in Workday Business process analysis and configuration
  • Sound analytical & debugging skills
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience in providing Workday Functional Support
  • Hands on experience of Workday Modules like HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, and Security Administration
  • Exposure of Workday version upgrade activities (Weekly Service updates & Bi-Annual version releases)
  • Experience in Workday tenant configuration
  • Experience in Time Tracking configuration
  • Setting up of new business processes
  • Good analysis and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and team player attributes
