About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maritime Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at SeaSalus Maritime Pvt. Ltd. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our maritime operations. Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and maritime management software.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of vessel movements, maintenance, and regulatory documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients, ship crews, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the preparation and review of operational reports, budgets, and safety documentation.
- Monitor vessel performance and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Identify operational issues proactively and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Support the implementation of new processes and technological solutions to improve operational workflows.
