Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Hyderabad. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing reception duties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth front office operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, handling inquiries and appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with internal departments to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing appointments and handling front desk operations
  • Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written abilities
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries professionally
  • Knowledge of front office management systems and processes preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and administrative tools is an advantage
  • Previous experience in healthcare reception or a similar industry is a plus
