Job brief:
We are looking for a responsible Admin Executive to manage store and provide the administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Smart and Good Looking, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills and open to travel. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to managers working life and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
- Additional store manager duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in similar store/shop executive
- Smart and Good looking, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Always available, mobile, and open to travel
- Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Any Graduation or degree in relevant field
