Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Front Desk Executive & Admin. Main duties and responsibilities are indicated here. Other duties of an appropriate level and nature will also be required.
- Greet Visitors, Parents, and Students: Welcoming, receiving, signing in and dealing with and directing staff, pupils, parents, school visitors and other stakeholders as appropriate
- Facilitate Communication Within the School: Share information broadly with administrators, teachers, and students families through emails, flyers or phone calls, ensuring that necessary information is properly transmitted.
- Maintain Records: Keep records of phone calls and visits. Maintain records of school operations, such as registration and class schedules, bus scheduling and routes, parent contact information and vendor receipts
- Maintain School App: Make sure student, teaching and non-teaching staff data is updated in a timely manner in the portal. Also work with the app support team to resolve any issues.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining records.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to provide a professional and friendly front desk experience.
- Ability to work in a team, multitask, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in administrative or front desk roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office management tools are a bonus.
