Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Manager located in Kochi. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservations process. This includes managing reservations, ensuring high levels of customer service, and handling guest inquiries efficiently. The candidate will also be involved in sales activities to maximize revenue and train staff members in reservation procedures and customer service best practices.

• Experience in Reservations management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales experience and the ability to maximize revenue
• Experience in Training staff in relevant areas
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
