About the Role
Frontend Architect & Developer
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop modern web applications using Next.js 14+.
- Design reusable, accessible component libraries using React 18+, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS / Radix UI.
- Implement rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR) based on page-level performance and SEO requirements.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints via Next.js Route Handlers and middleware.
- Implement authentication flows (NextAuth.js, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML) with session management.
- Write comprehensive tests.
Required Skills
- 6+ years professional frontend development; 3+ years building production apps in Next.js.
- Professional Certification (required) — one or more: AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Meta Front-End Developer Professional Certificate.
- Strong TypeScript proficiency — generics, discriminated unions, type guards, utility types, strict mode.
- React expertise — hooks, context, suspense, concurrent features, server components, state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query).
- Hands-on AWS ECS experience — task definitions, Fargate, ALB, auto-scaling.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL — SQL queries, EXPLAIN ANALYZE, indexing, migrations, ORM (Prisma/Drizzle).
- Docker — production Dockerfiles, multi-stage builds, Docker Compose.
- Modern CSS: Tailwind CSS, CSS Grid, Flexbox, responsive design.
- CI/CD pipelines for containerized frontend deployments.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with AWS services: RDS PostgreSQL, S3 + CloudFront, ElastiCache, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, WAF, SQS/SNS.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
