Job Description
As a Member Technical Staff II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and
maintaining high-quality web software applications using React. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, while also ensuring the
performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust React applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather
requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding
standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning,
development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously
improve skills and knowledge. Experience w React hooks, Redux, and React Router
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
- Experience with React hooks, Redux, and React Router and Knowledge of state
management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Recoi
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks and experience with
browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong
focus on one or more frontend programming languages
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a
team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
