Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Handle daily correspondence (emails, courier, letters, etc.).
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with day-to-day tasks when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate with 23 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-service attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
