Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly attitude.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding memberships, facilities, and services.
- Manage membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of members and update databases as needed.
- Process payments for memberships, personal training, and other services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for fitness classes, personal training, and spa services.
- Monitor check-ins and ensure all members comply with club policies.
- Assist in promoting club events, programs, and special offers.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with informational materials.
- Handle member complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years in a front desk, customer service, or receptionist role (preferably in a health club, gym, spa, or hospitality industry).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and holidays.
