We are seeking a Freshers BPO with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service. This is an entry-level position, and we will provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Answering customer calls and addressing their queries in a timely and professional manner
Entering customer information into the company database accurately
Resolving customer complaints and issues
Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Flexibility to work in shifts (including night shifts)
Experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus, but not mandatory
