Role Description This full-time, on-site French Tutor role is based in Karnal. The French Tutor will plan and deliver engaging lessons that build learners reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in French. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting individual and group tutoring sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The tutor will collaborate with counselling and training teams to align language instruction with learners study abroad or career goals, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong French Teaching and Tutoring skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different proficiency levels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage learners, build rapport, and provide supportive feedback.
- Candidates should possess Online Tutoring skills, including comfort with digital tools and platforms, to support blended or supplementary instruction.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in French, Languages, Education, or an equivalent field, or recognized certifications in French language teaching (e.g., DELF/DALF-related training) are beneficial.
- Prior experience teaching or tutoring French, preferably in an academic or test-preparation setting, and a strong command of both French and English are advantageous.
