Role Description

This is a remote job as a Freelance Recruiter, you can work from the comfort of your home. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates for job opportunity, review applications, pre-screen for profile match with the job requirements and coordinate with Customer success managers (CSM) at ReqOpen. Day-to-day tasks include leveraging outreach tools like linkedin, email, phone to identify talent through various channels, and ensuring a seamless selection and hiring process.

Qualifications

• Passionate folks who can work hard, find & onboard the right talent for our valuable clients.
• Proficiency in talent sourcing and candidate screening processes is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Payments

• This is a freelance recruiter role, so you will paid on successful onboarding of candidate.
• For every successful placement, earn 2% of CTC upto 50,000/- per role closure.
• We have 150+ freelancers already associated with us, and able to close 2-3 roles per month. The earning potential is anywhere between 50k to 2L per month. Sky is the limit.
