We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities and utilize various channels to find potential candidates, such as job portals, networks, social media, and databases.
Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems (CMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Compensation
Commission-based payment structure: INR 25,000 - 35,000 per successful placement.
