Job Description

Role - Freelance SAP Signavio Specialist

Mode - Remote, Hybrid ( Open to visit client / Office location )

Location - Mandatory to be from Pune, Maharashtra

Key Responsibiliies:

  1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes within the organization to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Signavio Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Signavio's BPM platform, ensuring it aligns with the organization's specific needs and goals.
  3. Process Modeling: Create, maintain, and update business process models using Signavio's modeling tools, ensuring accuracy and clarity in process documentation.
  4. Collaboration: Promote collaboration among different teams and departments by facilitating workshops, training sessions, and discussions on process improvements and best practices.
  5. Governance and Compliance: Ensure that processes documented in Signavio comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of implemented processes and identify areas for ongoing optimization and enhancement.
  7. Data Integration: Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate Signavio with other systems and data sources for seamless information exchange within processes.
  8. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to use Signavio effectively for process management and improvement.
  9. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of process models, changes, and updates made within Signavio.
  10. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to track process performance and provide insights for decision-making.
  11. Vendor Relations: Act as a liaison between the organization and Signavio, ensuring that the platform is up to date with the latest features and enhancements.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline).
  • Certification or training in Signavio BPM tools is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Proficiency in using Signavio's BPM software and associated tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
