We are looking for a
self-motivated Freelance BDM to bring
new clients and drive revenue. This is a
pure commission role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in IT, tech, healthcare, and related industries
- Pitch our services and schedule discussions
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Track leads and progress in a simple shared tracker
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment
- Strong network or ability to generate leads independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with pure commission
