Role Overview

As a Fractional -CMO, the applicant must have in-depth marketing experience from variousindustries like Health and wellness, cosmetic industry, new age brands and FMCG Businesses with apassion of leveraging the best in class conventional and digital platforms in executing marketingstrategy. The applicant will have to report to the Founders of the company and will work closely withdifferent teams to ensure success in all marketing strategies and execution for brand.Theapplicant must also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong public presence.Ultimately, s/he should be able to drive all marketing efforts to achieve the business objectives.

Job Description

Execute conventional and digital marketing roadmap.
Oversee Company's overall advertising and sales strategy.
Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities.
Manage all marketing channels (e.g., e-commerce, conventional channels, website, blogs, emails, andsocial media etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
Execute ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing Strategies
Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget.
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
Overseeing the social media accounts.
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase the market segment.
Liaise with Product, Design and Sales Heads to increase client satisfaction through cohesivestrategies.
Motivate teams to achieve the organisational marketing goals.
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
Stay up to date with market developments and trends
Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals.
Plan campaigns with coupons, giveaways or contests to bring attention to and create
interest in one of the organisation's products or services.
Undertake market research studies and analyse the results in order to better understand themarket and customer tastes.

Skill-set required:
Proven work experience as a senior Marketing Professional.
Proven track record in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns byleveraging conventional methods and digital platforms.
Strong understanding of planning and execution of all current digital marketing channelfunctions.
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Educational and other Requirements
Qualification: MBA Marketing, Relevant Academics with Certifications in Marketing
Experience: 12+ Years
S/he should be available for immediate joining

Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

Expertise in market planning, market research, and marketing management
Strong knowledge of public relations and sales techniques
Experience managing and leading a marketing team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Experience working in the Wellness, cosmetic Industry or with a new aged brand.
