Location: Hybrid (Remote weekdays + Nehru Place, Delhi office on Saturdays)

Eligibility: Students pursuing B.Ed., M.Ed., or Master's/Ph.D. in Education

Stipend: 10,000 20,000 per month (performance-based; potential conversion to full-time)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Curriculum Development: Support in designing and refining K12 curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Assessment Creation: Develop question banks, worksheets, and evaluation tools aligned with learner outcomes.
• School Upscaling: Contribute to audits, gap analysis, and strategy building for school improvement.
• Support for Schools: Engage directly with schools to address challenges in curriculum delivery and pedagogy.
• Research & Innovation: Explore global best practices in K12 education and adapt them to local contexts.
• Content Creation: Produce articles, study materials, and learner engagement resources.
