Founders Office Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Founder's Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic initiatives, business planning, market research, and crossfunctional projects. Key Responsibilities

Business Verticals Planning & Analysis

• Support planning and tracking across business verticals, helping structure inputs into actionable

plans.

• Assist in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities within existing verticals through data and

documentation review.

Business Analysis

• Compile and structure data to support business decisions, model assumptions, and performance

reviews.

• Help prepare summaries, comparisons, and analysis to support strategic and operational

discussions.

Operations & Reporting

• Support SOP documentation and process notes for key workflows.

• Track document versions, approvals, and follow-up timelines for active cases.

• Assist with data compilation for reports, dashboards, and internal presentations.

Market Research

• Conduct structured primary data collection and market research using standardized templates.

• Assist in building and updating dashboards and competitor/market databases.

Founder Support

• Provide day-to-day coordination and follow-up support on priority items for the Founder's

Office.

• Draft first versions of notices, agreements, and formal correspondence for review by senior team

members.

• Flag gaps, ambiguities, or errors in draft documents and materials before they are escalated

further.
