Position Overview:
As a member of the Founder's Office at VIRGO Group, you will play a critical role in supporting
the founder in driving the strategic initiatives of the company. This position requires a proactive,
organized, and versatile professional who can manage multiple projects, analyze complex
business challenges, and ensure the smooth operation of various business functions. You will
act as a key liaison between the founder and other departments, helping to translate the
founder's vision into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Assist the founder in developing and executing strategic plans and
initiatives to achieve the company's long-term goals.
Project Management: Oversee and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely
and successful completion aligned with the founder's objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal
performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the founder.
Communication & Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for internal and
external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of the founder's
directives.
Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on various topics as directed by the
founder, including market opportunities, potential partnerships, and industry best
practices.
Meeting Preparation: Presentations for meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain
confidentiality in all business dealings.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or
a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced
environment or a startup.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
