PANHA is a safe, anonymous platform supporting individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. With a strong peer support community of over 10,000 members and a dedicated team of 100 changemakers, PANHA offers four main services: an anonymous chat platform, peer support through human buddies, an AI-driven buddy providing 24/7 support, and professional counseling therapy sessions. We address various challenges such as breakup trauma, family disputes, academic pressure, financial stress, anxiety, and depression. Our vision is to decrease suicide cases and we provide free services to individuals who have faced harassment or stalking.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder's Office position at PANHA, based in Delhi, India with some work from home allowed. The individual will be responsible for assisting the founder in day-to-day operations, managing communications, and coordinating with various departments. Tasks include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, conducting research, and supporting strategic initiatives. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience or interest in mental health, wellness, or nonprofit sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
