About the Internship
Help grow 360 Labs by sourcing leads, running demos, converting users, and learning how to own a growth channel end-to-end. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with both founders and see the direct impact of your work on company growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Find and qualify leads online and through outreach
- Run product demos and convert first-time users to active users
- Drive referrals, partnerships, and creator collaborations
- Track daily numbers and report simple insights
- Share user feedback to improve the product

Requirements
- Technical background preferred in any field within engineering, maths, or sciences
- Fluent in Hindi and workable in English
- Clear communicator with strong follow-up discipline
- Available for 20-30 hours per week for at least 8 weeks
- College students and freshers welcome
- Sharp, hardworking, and proactive
- Comfortable speaking to customers in English, Hindi, or local language
- Ready to start within one week
- Curious about AI tools and use them in daily workflows

B. Compensation
Stipend Structure:
- Fixed pay: 5,000 - 10,000/month
- Variable pay: Percentage of revenue you generate
Performance incentives:
- Direct percentage of monthly revenue from accounts you bring in
- Upside is uncapped. The more you generate, the more you earn
- Exact percentages agreed upon before you start
