Job Summary :
Basic maintenance of the machine, Racking of the RM/PM/FG through WMS/HHT, physical count as well as maintaining inventory at the warehouse while adhering to all HSE & quality guidelines.

Basic maintenance of the machine.
ensures the battery charge always full
ensures the water level of the battery always in standard level
check the condition of the machine before using
report urgently to immediate superior any found damaged & need for repair
Racking of the RM/PM/FG through WMS
racking of RM/PM/FG on a time to time basis
ensure each pallet of RM/PM/FG has LPN tag & shrink wrapped before racking.
prepare and rack sheet report for every pallet of RM/PM/FG with correct location & lot number
submit the rack sheet report to RM/PM/FG checker for in bounding to system
sanitation of RM/PM/FG and surrounding areas
assist the RM/PM/FG checker of transferring of RM/PM/FG from production area to warehouse
Dispatch of RM/PM/FG
ensure a copy of printed outbound data before starting picking of RM/PM/FG
follow always the location which is showing on the outbound data
pick only the correct quantity based on outbound data, and return the balances on same location if any
once picking is done, give the outbound data to RM/PM/FG checker for double checking
Physical Count
assist the RM/PM/FG checker & RM/PM/FG inventory
controller for every cycle counting by lifting to check the goods
