Job Description

  • Supervise and manage drilling and TAM grouting operations at site
  • Execute consolidation grouting works as per project specifications
  • Coordinate with site engineers and operators for smooth execution
  • Ensure proper alignment, depth, and quality of drilling activities
  • Monitor grouting pressure, flow, and material usage
  • Handle manpower allocation and daily site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
  • Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with the execution team

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in drilling and grouting works
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • TAM Grouting
    • Consolidation Grouting
    • Drilling operations (ROC / hydraulic rigs)
  • Ability to manage site labor and operators effectively
  • Good understanding of site safety and quality standards
  • Willingness to work in dam project / remote site locations
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
