Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales - Proactive. The role is located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive sales strategies to acquire new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. The role involves coordinating with various departments within the hotel to ensure client satisfaction, attending networking events, and representing the hotel at industry conferences.

Qualifications
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets
  • Ability to conduct market research and prepare sales reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel sales roles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments
  • Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
