About Bynry

Bynry builds SMART360 — a cloud-native SaaS platform purpose-built for Water, Electric, Gas, and Sub-Metering utilities across North America, helping them modernize billing, field operations, and customer service fast and affordably. We are an AI-first organisation — SMART360 is built on AI, and so is how we operate internally.

By 2030, our goal is to equip 1,000 utilities and impact 10 million households.

Why This Role Exists

Bynry is executing a state-by-state US market entry across 9 focused states — Iowa, Michigan, Illinois, New York, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and California. Every quarter, we track Partners, Leads, ICP Meetings, RFPs, and Closed Deals across all 9 states with a growing network of US partners and advisors.

That pipeline needs an owner. Not someone to manage it for us — someone to become the person who can. This role sits inside the Founder's Office, which means you will work directly with Bynry's leadership from your first week, see exactly how a high-growth US-focused SaaS GTM operates, and own real outcomes — not shadow work, not support tasks.

If you are in your final year or final semester and want to start your career with more ownership than most people get in their first five years — this is the role.

What You'll Own

  • The pipeline tracker — the single source of truth on Bynry's US GTM health across all 9 states; you keep it current, clean, and decision-ready every week.
  • Weekly GTM intelligence reports — a structured weekly update for leadership: what's on track, what's behind, what decision is needed.
  • Variance spotting — you identify which state is falling behind on Partners, Leads, Meetings, RFPs, or Closed Deals — and you surface it before leadership has to ask.
  • Data hygiene — partner contact directory, lead stage accuracy, and pipeline attribution are clean because you own them, not because someone chased you.
  • AI-powered GTM workflows — as an AI-first org, you'll build and run Agentic workflows that automate pipeline tracking, flag anomalies, and generate reporting — not just use templates someone else built.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

  • Maintain and update the state-by-state pipeline tracker across Iowa, Michigan, Illinois, New York, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and California — daily, not weekly.
  • Produce a structured weekly GTM Ops report for the Founder and GTM leadership: current state, variances, and one recommended action.
  • Build and evolve dashboards in Google Sheets (and eventually CRM) that show pipeline health at a glance — not raw data, a readable story.
  • Coordinate with the GTM team on inbound lead status, partner updates, and RFP milestone tracking — you're the connective tissue that keeps nothing from falling through.
  • Use AI tools to build Agentic workflows that reduce manual tracking, automate alerts, and improve reporting speed — you'll learn this here even if you don't know it yet.
  • Flag anything that looks wrong in the data — a state with 8 ICP meetings and 0 RFPs is a signal; you catch it and raise it.
  • Support leadership with pre-meeting data briefs and post-meeting action tracking — you own the follow-through.

What You Need To BringMust-Have

Only Final Year or Final Semester students should apply if you are currently a student.

Early-career professionals (up to 3 years of experience in any function) are equally welcome.

  • Analytical mindset — you are comfortable with numbers, patterns, and finding the story in a table; this is not a creative writing role.
  • Google Sheets or Excel proficiency — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and conditional formatting; or you pick things up fast enough to learn them in your first two weeks.
  • Structured thinking — you can take a messy data set and turn it into a clean report; you find disorder uncomfortable.
  • Ownership instinct — you finish what you start; you don't need a follow-up to do what you said you would do.
  • Written English clarity — your emails and reports are readable, direct, and require no editing before they go to leadership.
  • AI-first curiosity — you are already using AI tools in your daily life or studies and want to go deeper into Agentic AI workflows.

Good to Have

  • CRM tool familiarity — HubSpot, Salesforce, or any similar platform; daily use is a differentiator but not a gate.
  • Exposure to US business communication — async collaboration with US-based teams or clients is an advantage; if you haven't done it, you'll learn it here.
  • Any coursework, project, or internship in business analytics, operations, marketing operations, or GTM strategy.
  • Prior use of Agentic AI tools — building or experimenting with AI agents, automation workflows, or prompt engineering.

What Success Looks Like at 90 DaysThe tracker is trusted — leadership opens the pipeline tracker on Monday morning and does not need to ask anyone to update it; it is accurate because you own it.The weekly report is running — a structured GTM Ops report is produced every week; it leads with the most important insight, not a data summary. You've caught something proactively — at least once in 90 days, you have flagged a pipeline variance before anyone above you noticed it.

Why Start Your Career Here

Most early-career roles give you a task list and a manager. This one gives you a front-row seat to how a high-growth B2B SaaS company executes a US market entry — and real ownership over the data that drives it.

Working in the Founder's Office means you will see decisions being made at the highest level. You will understand GTM, revenue operations, partner management, and AI-powered workflows in the first year of your career — skills that take most people five years to accumulate.

This is not a learning role where you shadow someone. This is a role where you produce things that matter from Week 1.

What We Celebrate At Bynry

  • Learning velocity over pedigree — we don't care which college you went to; we care how fast you move once you're here.
  • Ownership without being asked — the best people here don't wait for direction when the data already tells the story.
  • Honest communication — if something is off, say it first.
  • AI-first thinking — if you can automate something you're doing manually, you should.
  • Results over effort — we celebrate what got done, not how hard you worked.

What We Don't Tolerate

  • Waiting to be told what to do when the tracker already shows a problem.
  • Inflating what you know — we'd rather you say I don't know, I'll find out than guess and present it as fact.
  • Treating this like a 9-to-5 where the job ends when the clock does.
  • Sloppy data — one wrong number in a report that goes to the Founder matters; accuracy is not optional.

Bynry is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on learning velocity, ownership, and analytical instinct — not marks, college brand, or years of experience.
