We are urgently hiring for Finance MIS Manager for our corporate client in Hyderabad.
Location - Hi-Tech City
Salary - upto 15 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage MIS reports, financial dashboards, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Analyze company financials including revenue, cost, receivables, projections, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key business KPIs.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) performance, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all MIS and financial reports.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance / Commerce / Accounting / MBA (Finance).
- 48 years of relevant experience in MIS, financial reporting, or business analytics.
- Strong command of Power BI, Advanced Excel, and financial data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and general accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large data sets and multiple priorities.
- Preferred Skills:Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle).
- Exposure to automation tools or data visualization software beyond Power BI.
- Prior experience in reporting for senior management or CXO-level stakeholders.
