Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager | Delhi / Bengaluru / Remote

We're looking for an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations across a multi-entity, multi-geography setup.

You'll own:

• Annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Management reporting for leadership, auditors, and funders
• Statutory compliance (GST, income tax, audits)
• Finance SOPs and process automation
• A team of 2–3

You bring:

• 8+ years in FP&A with team management experience
• Strong statutory compliance knowledge
• Excel fluency; Zoho Books or QuickBooks a plus
• Comfort working lean — hands-on when needed, strategic when it counts
