Job Description:

  • Process Execution - Perform end-to-end finance operations in AP, AR, R2R, GL, Fixed Assets, Treasury, or Intercompany Accounting. Handle complex and exception transactions independently. Ensure compliance with established SLAs and process controls. Review and validate critical transactions before final processing.
  • Month-End and Reporting Activities - Prepare and post journal entries. Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Assist in preparing management reports and schedules.
  • Quality & Compliance - Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls. Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails. Support internal and external audit requirements. Identify and report control gaps or process risks.
  • Stakeholder Management - Serve as a key contact for internal customers and business units. Resolve process-related queries and escalations. Collaborate with regional and global finance teams.
  • Process Improvement & Automation - Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency improvements. Participate in automation, ERP enhancement, and transformation projects. Support implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge Management - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned processes. Assist in training and onboarding new team members. Update process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Team Support - Provide guidance to Associates and Analysts. Assist Team Leads in workload management. Support quality reviews and process governance activities

Job Requirements

Experience And Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Mathematics
  • Experience: 4 – 6 years of progressive OTC, PTP, RTR financial operations experience, with at least 1-2 years in a SME capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with financial software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial compliance, and OTC, RTR or P2P cycle best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical problem solving and the ability to handle sensitive information .
