Job Description :

Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting and compliance for the company.
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and reporting requirements and basic understanding of SEBI ICDR, 2018.
Coordinate and lead the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance within the organization.
Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to address financial and regulatory issues as needed.
