Role Overview:
We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience to join us as a Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, and timely preparation of financial reports and MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the finance & accounting team to ensure accurate and timely accounting.
- Oversee all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and financial statements.
- Manage cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audits and compliance with internal controls.
- Review and strengthen financial processes, accounting systems, and controls.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS) and company policies.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or financial control roles
- Proven experience in managing a team and leading financial operations
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Excel
