Job Title: Financial Controller Repair Factory (IT
Hardware Services)
Location: Noida (with travel to Bangalore as required)

Role Objective
We are seeking a seasoned
Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our
repair factory (IT hardware services). The role involves financial reporting, cost control,
compliance, inventory monitoring, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will
ensure profitability, optimize working capital, and provide actionable insights to support
business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare and present
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L,
Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Monitor repair revenue, spare part usage, and gross margins to ensure profitability.
Manage
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis against turnover targets ( 80
Cr).
Prepare detailed
MIS reports with factory-wise and vendor-wise profitability.
Oversee
inventory management of spare parts (CPU, motherboards, etc.) with
accurate consumption records.
Implement
FIFO method for stock valuation and costing.
Analyze
repair vs. replacement costs to improve margins.
Track
inventory ageing and vendor-wise purchase history.
Ensure accurate
monthly billing to clients (warranty & service contracts).
Monitor receivables, credit terms, and collection efficiency.
Collaborate with sales/operations to reduce
debtor days and improve cash flows.
Ensure compliance with
GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory filings.
Establish
internal financial controls to prevent fraud or misreporting.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
Provide insights for
pricing, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
Identify cost optimization opportunities in repairs and spare procurement.
Support
expansion strategies, CAPEX planning, and growth initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
Expertise in
manufacturing/repair costing and inventory control.
Proficiency in
ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with
financial interpretation skills.
Leadership skills to manage finance & accounts teams effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
712 years of experience in manufacturing, repair, or service industry finance.
Experience handling
turnover of 50 100 Cr.
Hands-on knowledge of
GST, TDS, and factory-related compliances.
Performance Metrics (KPI)
Accuracy & timeliness of financial reports.
Inventory variance (% difference between physical & system stock).
Reduction in inventory ageing (>180 days).
Receivable days (DSO) and collection efficiency.
Cost savings achieved through vendor negotiations.
Audit compliance with zero major observations.
