Financial Controller
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee budgeting, planning, revenue, cost forecast and board presentations.
Prepare/assist business team plans, financial plans, controls, develop short and long-term financial projections.
Reporting to and partnering with the CFO and participate in key decisions pertaining to business and strategic initiatives, to ensure business performance.
Monthly Financial statements (B/S, PL Cash flow statements) company-wise and consolidated for Management review and decision making.
Coordinate audits and group reporting.
Oversee and review preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements.
Contract management reviewing contracts to ensure the Company's interests are duly protected
Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions.
Handle corporate taxes, TDS and GST related issues.
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
Oversee cash management; approve weekly payables, debtors collections.
Handling annual statutory audits, internal, tax & TP audits.
Others as required/requested.
Qualification- CA Degree is a mandate
Chartered Accountancy (C.A)
