The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in inventory/stock control in a manufacturing environment, M&A and due diligence support, statutory compliance under Ind AS, and overall financial governance. This role requires a business-savvy finance leader who can partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams while maintaining strong control and compliance discipline.

• Oversee product costing, pricing support, and margin analysis for embedded design/manufacturing projects (NRE costs, tooling, BOM costs).
• Support fund planning, banking relationships, and credit facilities (working capital limits, LCs, BGs) relevant to import-heavy electronics component procurement.
4. Compliance, Taxation & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with direct tax, GST, customs/import-export regulations (critical given import of electronic components), transfer pricing, and Companies Act requirements.
• Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and SOPs; ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage risk related to foreign exchange exposure on imports, hedging strategies where applicable.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, tax authorities, and consultants as needed.
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team; build capability across GL, AP/AR, costing, and compliance functions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, Sales, Engineering/R&D) to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Support the CFO/leadership in board reporting, investor reporting, and strategic financial planning.
