We are hiring a Finance Analyst for a leading global healthcare technology organization. This role is part of the Reporting, Analytics & Insights (RAI) COE within Global Finance and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and data-driven environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finance analytics, reporting, automation, and stakeholder management, along with exposure to analytics solutions and enterprise finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial analysis, reporting, and business insights using analytics and automation
• Leverage AI and predictive techniques for variance analysis, planning, and decision-making
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering, and Business teams to deliver analytics solutions
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership and key stakeholders
• Design intuitive dashboards and user-centric reporting applications

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• 4–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and financial data analysis
• Experience building analytics solutions with analytics/tech teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• SAP, OneStream, Advanced Excel
• Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R
• Dashboarding and visualization expertise
• Automation and digital transformation exposure
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Post Graduate Degree/MBA Finance MUST HAVE
