Key Responsible Areas:
Cold Calling:
Perform outbound calls to potential clients based on provided data.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Understand client needs and provide basic information on our financial products/services.
Maintain call logs and follow-up schedules in CRM tools or Excel.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups.
MIS (Management Information System):
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to sales, lead generation, and financial metrics.
Analyze trends from the data to provide actionable insights to the team.
Update dashboards and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.
Assist in financial modeling and reporting when required.
Must have experience with Finance Domain
