Work Experience (Years):3-7 yrs
Job Responsibilities
- Develop financial models to assess various scenarios and investment opportunities.
- Conduct benchmarking and process analysis to identify best practices.
- Gather and analyze financial data, including budgets, income statement forecasts, and historical performance.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Assemble and summarize data to create sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
- Collaborate with software engineers to build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI models into production systems
- Should be able to take complete ownership of the assigned project
- Experience of working in Agile environments
- Well versed with JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool
Competencies / Skills
- Demonstrated working experience as a Finance Analyst.
- Knowledge on analytics fundamentals including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, tax laws, and money markets.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and packages.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex financial insights clearly
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
