We are looking for an experienced finance professional with 6+ years of Financial Reporting and Analytics experience, preferably within Oracle or a similar enterprise environment. The role will support Tech Cloud Finance operations, including executive reporting, financial analysis, business performance tracking, KPI reporting, backlog and consumption reporting, and quarter-end close support.
The candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive reporting requirements. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders in a dynamic environment, with a focus on accuracy, process efficiency, automation, and timely business support.
As part of Oracle's Finance organization, this role will be responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The individual will work closely with finance and business teams to provide accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights that support decision-making.
Key responsibilities include assisting with consolidation and reporting of financial results, supporting the annual budgeting process, and preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and forecasts. The role will involve gathering and analyzing financial data, building financial models, identifying trends, explaining variances, and preparing recommendations based on analysis.
The individual may also support revenue and expense analysis, headcount and cost center reporting, product or business line performance tracking, accounts receivable reconciliation, and ad-hoc financial analysis as required. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, business partnering capability, and the ability to work on cross-functional programs and process improvement initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
