Purpose of the Role:

The Financial Analysis Manager plays a critical role in providing accurate and data-based information on cost and productivity performance management. You will deliver robust financial analytics to support key decision-making processes for stakeholders across our Logistics & Services organization. This role acts as a strong link to the HQ FP&A team, ensuring a clear connection between financial numbers and tangible business actions. You'll engage with various aspects of financial reporting, process optimization, financial planning, and analysis, requiring effective communication with diverse management levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management & Reporting:Responsible for structuring, executing, and stabilizing an effective performance management framework across Operations business segments, working in close collaboration with headquarter business and finance teams.
  • Deliver accurate, timely business insights to Logistics & Services Finance teams to solve challenges and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement of cost, revenue, and productivity.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Support the decision-making process by providing standardized (e.g., Management Performance Review - MPR) and ad-hoc analysis, deep-dive analysis, performance management reporting, and financial planning.
  • Proactively challenge stakeholders to drive optimal financial outcomes.
  • Provide inputs to, prepare/consolidate, and deliver financial planning and analysis for forecasts and budgets to Logistics & Services Finance teams by collaborating with business and finance teams across the organization.
  • Standardization & Process Improvement:Share and ensure the adoption of best practices across global and regional finance teams, acting as a focal point for global improvement initiatives and driving their adoption.
  • Actively drive further standardization and the implementation of a common reporting and analysis process across spend types, products, and geographies, working closely with relevant Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads.
  • Project Leadership & Support:Lead smaller initiatives and contribute significantly to larger projects related to improving performance management analysis, processes, and projects seeking to enhance financial visibility.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:Be the focal point for global/regional finance teams and assist finance partners in navigating the CoE, connecting people, and ensuring that priority is placed on the most value-adding activities.

What We Are Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications):

The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with effective influencing skills.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:Must demonstrate excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal).
  • Have a proven track record of effectively managing multiple senior stakeholders, building rapport, and driving alignment.
  • Technical Proficiency:Robust technical knowledge, particularly in Excel (with data modeling experience being an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for compelling presentations.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and OneStream.
  • Strong skills in Power BI (PBI) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
